What can I say about Jen + Derrek? Well, Jen is one of my oldest friends and I was so happy she let me photograph her wedding. This was my gift to her, and I don’t think I’ve ever put more pressure on myself to do a fantastic job for my friend.
Jen is one of those girls that can take anything and make it beautiful. She’s a little Martha Stewart and I knew that her wedding was going to have all those touches that would make it simply beautiful. I wasn’t surprised to see the color she’d picked out was a color I hadn’t seen from any bride yet. The wedding was held in Providence, Rhode Island at the Waterman Bar & Grill. (website) Don’t be fooled though, it’s not just a bar & grill. It’s the perfect local for a smaller wedding.
